Jacques Van Zyl holds a PHD in psychology and has 31 years experience in psychology practice, psychometric test development, and related consulting experience in human capital measurement, organisational behaviour, and management development.

Danie Kritzinger has a master's degree in Industrial Psychology from NWU and has more than 6 years experience in implementing and managing organisational projects such as psychometric assessments, HR related systems, as well as developing psychometric assessments.
